The Atlantic Place Hotel is a historic three–story building built in 1926 and located at a prominent intersection of Main Street in downtown Marshall, Minnesota. Spectrum Interiors provided design and construction services for The Upper Room and the Atlantic Suites. This stunning venue and mini-hotel includes 15,000 SF event space (seating up to 300 guests) and the new 5,620 SF hotel space. It boasts a private dining room, pre-kitchen, a 25-foot bar, and cozy conversation areas. The Atlantic Suites now has two luxurious one-bedroom suites and two stylish studio rooms with comfortable lounge areas, offering a unique blend of comfort and sophistication for weddings and events. Spectrum Interiors is proud to have re-established the original function of the Atlantic Suites, demonstrating a deep commitment and revitalization to the Marshall community.
