Spectrum Interiors partnered with Tailwind Group to transform their newly acquired building on Excelsior Bay into a workplace that best reflects their team’s brand and vision. Guests are welcomed into a reception area with sweeping lakefront views and a striking branded helmet wall that showcases Tailwind Group’s success stories. One of the most significant transformations was infilling the existing stair opening at the building’s core, making way for dedicated office space and a new conference room that anchors the open office.

Sleek finishes and curated furniture selections create a sense of cohesion and comfort that carries throughout the office. The open workstations were designed with sit-to-stand desks and ergonomic seating to maximize comfort and support productivity. Private offices with glass fronts bring natural light deeper into the interior environment while fostering transparency and connection. The office also features phone booths for private conversations and flexible collaboration zones that act as informal meeting areas or relaxation zones for a place to recharge. The result is a workplace that elevates Tailwind’s brand and delivers a modern, functional environment where their people and culture can thrive.
