Spectrum Interiors supported the expansion and relocation of Ralco Nutrition’s corporate headquarters in Marshall, Minnesota. Ralco is a third–generation, family–owned company that has assisted agricultural producers by naturally converting nutrients to growth since 1971. Ralco outgrew its existing office space and purchased two buildings to help with this expansion (the 1926 Atlantic Hotel and the 2008 Mercantile building). Spectrum provided strategy, design, and construction with a single point of contact that streamlined the design and construction process. Spectrum provided Ralco with high-end workstations, private offices, conference rooms, and huddle rooms. Embracing the challenge of renovating an older building, Ralco saw this feature as a direct correlation with their innovative approach, combining agriculture and technology. The two buildings are now one cohesive workspace and serve as a constant reminder of Ralco’s innovation and ability to create synergies between new and old, technology and tradition.
