Spectrum Interiors partnered with LoCorr Financial to transform their workplace while preserving the architectural character of the building. Our team repurposed existing furniture and delivered a fully furnished environment designed to meet evolving needs. Private offices were reconfigured with new walls and finishes, while glass fronts throughout brought in natural light and reinforced exterior views.
To strengthen workflow and collaboration, we added a new work zone with custom millwork, storage, and a copy/print center, while also integrating inviting collaboration areas into the open workspace. Infilled stairs provided separation from adjacent tenants, while access to internal stairs improved connectivity across levels. Updated finishes, lighting adjustments, and seamless flooring tied the space together. The result is a brighter, more efficient workplace that supports collaboration, elevates productivity, and reinforces LoCorr Funds’ commitment to investing in their people.
