A Workspace Designed for Collaboration and Success
When Fredrikson & Byron relocated their St. Paul office, Spectrum Interiors had the opportunity to craft a space that reflects the firm’s professionalism while fostering collaboration and efficiency. The result is an 8,000-square-foot office that balances elegance and functionality. A strategic approach standardized office sizes for flexibility and equity while carefully planned adjacencies enhance workflow and connectivity. The design features versatile collaboration spaces, a compact yet welcoming reception area, and a combined break and copy room that encourages impromptu interactions—all seamlessly integrated to support the firm’s operational goals.
To complement the design, we curated ergonomic furniture from brands like Artopex, SitOnIt, Bernhardt, and OFS, with practical solutions such as wardrobe storage for Minnesota’s climate and height-adjustable workstations. Finishes like Corian Quartz, Fenix surfaces, and Porcelanosa Tile add sophistication while ensuring durability. From start to finish, Spectrum Interiors delivered a workspace tailored to meet the needs of a modern legal team, combining upscale aesthetics with cost-effective solutions for long-term success.
