Channel Z, a growing multimedia marketing company that offers editing, graphic, and production services, was overdue for an office remodel. Spectrum Interiors helped to reimagine and remodel their employee break area and collaboration spaces, and refreshed their workspace into a creative environment that allows their creativity to soar. With creativity and tight schedule requirements being key aspects of Channel Z’s project requirements, Spectrum Interiors worked closely with, Cushman & Wakefield (landlord), and Avison Young (project management) to deliver a 5,700-square-foot space that boosted efficiency and inspiration on time and within budget.
We collaboratively addressed Channel Z’s distinct needs by introducing curated furniture from Willow Park by Clear Design, Artopex, Arcadia Contract, and Paul Brayton Designs to name a few. We also incorporated environmental designs that adhered to the client’s established design standards and office needs.
